Sweet and Spicy Pepper Jelly

Has that ever happened ? How about making it Sweet and Super-Hot this time while yo breathe like a dragon ?

Most of us have tried recipes like Chilli Ice Cream , Spicy Hot Chocolate Macaroons , Pineapple Jalapeno Ice Pops and so much more.  

If you’re a Spicy food fiend… then this is the one for you … !

Introducing the Sweet and Spicy Pepper Jelly! This Hot Pepper Jelly will undoubtedly be your Jake if Spice is the Prize  that you love to have in your refrigerator.


Decoding The Spicy Sumptuousness !



  • 4 Red Bell Peppers (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 Red Chilies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeno (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 Cup Strawberries (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 Pack of Jelly
  • 1 Gelatin
  • 2 Cups of Sugar
  • cups apple cider vinegar


  • Step 1: Finely grind your Red Bell peppers, chilies and Jalapeno in a food processor. Stay careful and not make it a purée.
  • Step 2: Add the Chilies to a large saucepan and add your diced strawberries , Sugar, Jelly , Gelatin and Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Step 3: Bring the whole mixture to a boil. Simmer until the liquid is reduced by the quantity of two-thirds. This step will take about 1 hour.
  • Step 4: Time to transfer your Pepper jelly to Glass Jars.  Cover the Lid and refrigerate until set.

How to know When is it Done ? (Jelly Test)

If the Jelly holds the trail and is a little gooey upon getting cool this means you’ve passed the Jelly test and it deserves all the appreciation to be on your table top.
