Muvizz.com recently produced a Documentary Taandav  on their official YouTube page of Muvizz. Starring Manoj Bajpayee , Directed by Anurag Kashyap, Sudhir Mishra and Tigmanshu Dhulia here is what we feel about the Film.

Manoj Bajpayee has once again given a power-pact performance, and is a rage throughout the documentry film. “TaandavNnritya” according to the Hindu Mythology means the “dance of fury of Lord Shiva“, but as portrayed by Bajpayee’s character in the film , the Taandav Nritya is all about releasing the stress from the usual life.

Here Bajpayee is playing the role of a lower middle-class Mumbai cop Tambe who has had a bad day at work and home both, where he wife bashes him out. During the Night hour , the constable is assigned a duty at one of the most crowded event of Ganpati Visarjan during the Ganesh Mahotsav.

So much noise around with the drumrools, people shouting out loud, enjoying, dancing, fighting and so much more stress from Tambde’s personal life get’s on him. What is his next step? What does he do ? Get’s Drunk or Fights with anyone? Or is it the Taandav Nritya that keeps him going his way? This Film has been beautifully directed and is a rave of reality in everyone’s life. Directed by Devashish Makhija , the film reflects the stress that the Policemen face at work and in their personal lives both. Saluting the Cops, Taandav is a must watch.
