Another high demand in my mail box is the MANGO SORBET
We often go out and dig in to the joints that have the booming sorbet platters to serve. Ever wondered you could DIY ?
Sorbet is a healthy yet “all natural” option (Better than ice cream)
Let’s go for the Mango Sorbet for the day…
Serves 1
Hands on Time 5 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 frozen Mango (Diced)
1 tablespoon Lime juice
2 Whole Eggs
Sprinklers to Garnish
1. Add 2 whole eggs to your frozen diced mangoes in a food processor and mix it thoroughly
2. It comes out to be chilled with a thick consistency. Now add Lime juice and mix well.
3. Freeze it for 20 to 25 minutes
4. Garnish with your sprinklers or even with some grates dark chocolate
5. Gobble it up
