Just Love thy Body!
1. Say a Healthy Hello to your Skin
– Face Care
Face Wash: Start with a pat of water and then start to use the “Mirdul Soap Free” face wash by Kama Ayurveda.
Highlight: The cleanser must be used with a minimal quantity of water. After applying you need to leave it for a while until it dries. Lastly, Rinse it off!
This product is highly recommended for the the pimple, acne and Oily skin. I have personally tested the product and it has lived up-to my expectations 🙂
Face Mask: Next Step is to apply a face mask. My face is extremely oily due to the season and I prefer feeding my skin with some nutrients. My Favorite Pick is the Clove Face mask by Biotique (Its a great Anti-Blemish)
Face Fresher: After your skin has got all the nutrition, it’s time to give it a final touch up with the fresher. You can choose Rose water from Forest Essentials or Kama Ayurveda as both are Organically high on natural properties.
Highlight:Â This last step of your face care is to add a perfect Ph balance to your skin.
QUICK TIP: For better results add little Glycerine to your Rose water.
2. Love Your Hazel Hair !
– Hair Care
You’ve been dealing with a horrible hairfall and then you discover that Dandruff on your hair! Ohh my god…. what o do .. What could be the damage control? Don’t Worry , I’ll tell you my tried and tested hair therapy at home… and you shall get great results overnight (That’s a Promise)
Hair Feeding: Feeding your hair with the best oil is to start giving it all the moisture in the world. 🙂
QUICK TIP: For great results, Use a hot water towel for 20 minutes. All you need to do is dip your towel in hot water, squeeze it and wrap it on your oiled hair. This will help your dandruff flakes to come out easily.
Hair Cleansing:
Nothing can treat your dandruff better than natural properties of Rosemary Oil. My pick here is again a Patanjali Hair Cleanser .
Highlight: Herbal Rosemary is a vitamin feeder to your hair that acts as a natural conditioner too.
QUICK TIP: Use your fingertips while you massage your hair and later rinse it off and let it wash through your body. Use Almond Conditioner for soft n Shiny Results
3. Ban Your Tan!
– Atni-Tan
I go swimming and Tan is what I always know has a big major fail on me! For this I recommend Joy Skin Fruits. Unlike many other Sun Blocks that I’ve used, they’re are too sticky and seems I am applying a cream and a foundation mix… YUCK! On trying this I have seen great results.
– Inner Cleansing
Inner cleansing of the body is as important as the outer cleansing. Due to the weather many of us are unable to make it to the gym or walks. To stay in shape following are the products that you Ought to use:
